You will need:
- Organic Coconut Milk (unflavored, free of sugar and preservatives) – 200 ml.
- Organic Aloe Vera gel – 3 tbsp.
- Evening Primrose Oil – 1 tsp.
- Vitamin E Oil – 1 tsp.
Coconut milk is rich in protein Vitamin C, E, and B-vitamins.
Aloe Vera conditions hair. It’s rich in Vitamins C & E, the most important antioxidants in promoting healthier hair. It has incredible hydrating properties and makes the hair silky, soft, and shiny.
Evening primrose oil (you can also use fish oil) is a good source of Omega-6 fatty acids, and fish oil is rich in Omega-3 fatty acids.
Vitamin E is an antioxidant and can boost hair elasticity and make your hair shinier.
Directions:
Mix everything well and store the mix in the refrigerator for 2 hours so the conditioner thickens. Then you can pour the conditioner into a clean glass container.
It can be stored for 2 weeks (keep away from moisture and heat). Use it as a regular conditioner.
Apply this conditioner on the hair after shampoo, and leave it for 15-20 minutes.
