Turmeric Benefits to Skin
Turmeric (Curcuma longa), a commonly used spice throughout the world, has been shown to have anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, and antioxidant properties. Turmeric/curcumin products and supplements, both oral and topical, provide therapeutic benefits for skin health.[1]
Turmeric can brighten your skin and even skin tone while reducing the appearance of pigmentation. Turmeric anti-inflammatory properties help to relieve redness and calm sensitive skin when applied topically. How to Use Turmeric
